How custom design works

1. Share your idea. Send your inspiration with the jewellery type, preferred gold colour, budget and any date you have in mind.
2. Explore the details. Discuss the design, stone options, dimensions and sizing with us. A reference image starts the conversation; we will discuss what is practical to create.
3. Review your quote. Confirm the design specifications, price, payment terms and estimated production and delivery timing before proceeding.

What to send us

• A photo, sketch or link showing your inspiration
• Ring, earrings, bracelet, necklace or another jewellery type
• Your preferred metal colour and gold purity, if known
• Stone shape, approximate size and any grading preferences
• Your budget in AUD and delivery country or postcode
• Your ring size, if relevant, and any desired engraving
• Your required date, if you have one
